Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Safety Manager to assist in maintaining our safety culture and ensuring a safe work environment. This role requires approximately 70% time spent in the field, conducting site inspections and follow-up activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Developing Safety Programs: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective safety programs that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect Job Sites: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide Training and Education: Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on safe work practices and policies.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and maintain accurate records of safety inspections and audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in safety management with measurable results.
  • Proven knowledge of OSHA regulations and procedures.
  • OSHA 30-hour Construction Certification.

Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
