Contract Strategy Professional

We are seeking a talented Contract Strategy Professional to join our team at SimIS, Inc. In this role, you will work closely with the NATO Contracting, Budget, and Finance (BUDFIN) teams to develop and implement effective contract strategies that meet the needs of the iHUB. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of Agile practices to drive business value and minimize costs through the negotiation and purchase of hardware, software, and related implementation and services.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the NATO Acquisition Process and be able to translate it into practical solutions. You will work directly with Contracting Officers and Program/Project Managers to support your assigned portfolio, ensuring that all contracts are negotiated and purchased in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in identifying opportunities to help adhere to or change the policies that govern the operations of the iHUB.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective contract strategies that meet the needs of the iHUB.
- Apply Agile practices to drive business value and minimize costs.
- Identify opportunities to improve the policies governing the operations of the iHUB.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure agile methodologies apply to all product development and enablers.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees with at least 24 semester hours of business or management related courses.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in Contracts/Acquisition related field.
- Active clearance (SECRET) with NATO certificate.
- Acquisition Professional Certification.
