Highway Striping Project Manager

About the Job:
We are looking for a qualified Striping Crew Foreman to join our team at McKown Pressure Wash, Painting & Contracting in Norfolk, VA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising striping projects, reviewing and interpreting project blueprints, and maintaining open communication with project inspectors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead striping projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, allocating resources and personnel as needed.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide coaching and training to team members, promoting professional development and growth.
