Job SummaryWe are seeking a Per Diem Hospital Assistant to join our team. As a Per Diem Hospital Assistant, you will provide basic patient care under the supervision of the RN team member.
Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of the RN team member
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Perform vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist with patient hygiene and grooming
- Document patient information and vital signs
- Current Ca Nurse Assistant Certification
- Current BLS CPI within 60 days
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
- One year acute care experience as a CNA
- High School Graduate or equivalent or above
