Customer Service Representative

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and selecting the most appropriate manager to handle each situation.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing their needs.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
