  • Organize appointment changes due to altered viewing dates.
  • Document information and data in our order management system.
  • Assist with list maintenance, email processing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship in gastronomy or retail sector.
  • Experience in telephony or customer service.
  • Strong service orientation and ability to handle daily challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, including English language proficiency.
