Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
- Product and Service Offerings: Identify opportunities to offer our customers a full range of retail banking deposit and credit products and services, based on their needs.
- Business Development: Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities to grow our business through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
- Account Management: Open and service customer accounts within authorized limits, create plans for follow-up and scheduled contacts with customers.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies, including SAFE registration and ongoing employment requirements.
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Assessment and Issue Resolution: 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution, demonstrated through work or military experience.
- Relationship Building: 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
- FINRA Registration: Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration.
- State Insurance License: State Insurance license(s) required for this role and must be completed within a specified period.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge and understanding of book of business processes to actively manage a group of Wells Fargo customers to meet their needs and grow the business.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
