Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting events, membership growth, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee event logistics, including registration, invoicing, and on-site support.
  • Produce event materials such as badges, marketing content, and communications.
  • Maintain event web pages and provide support during evening events as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to attract new members and retain current ones.
  • Manage annual renewals and onboarding for new members, including welcome packages and social media announcements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for membership inquiries.
  • Provide general office assistance, including handling member inquiries, assisting with board meetings, and processing payments.
  • Prepare and process bank deposits and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Update website content, ensuring it aligns with the organization's style guide and brand.
  • Implement social media strategies to boost engagement across platforms like Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, digital content, and print materials.
  • Write and proofread content for various communication channels.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a two-year degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or Communications is preferred.
  • Previous experience in association management is an asset.
  • Required: 2-3 years of experience in marketing and event coordination.
  • Key Skills:
    • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and sound judgment.
    • Strong project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills tailored to different audiences (members, board, leadership).
    • Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
    • A collaborative mindset with an ability to handle shifting priorities.
    • Technologically proficient, with experience using tools like Microsoft Office, MailChimp, Survey Monkey, Canva, Zoom, and Google Analytics.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and familiarity with web-based collaboration tools like Asana.
    • Conference and event planning experience, from small meetings to large-scale events.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
