Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of research programs and PIs.
  • Coordinate information exchange and activities among stakeholders, including employees, guests, and external partners.
  • Arrange support for employees and guests, including travel arrangements and event coordination.
  • Develop content for presentations and reports, utilizing strong writing and communication skills.
  • Interact professionally with individuals at various levels, including PIs, researchers, and external partners.
  • Organize events and oversee logistics, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Process travel requests and expense reports, maintaining accurate records and adhering to organizational policies.
  • Assist with special projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 0-4 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience with cloud-based software.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of organizational procedures and policies.
  • Experience in meeting coordination and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
