Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and workshops
- Manage administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, procurement, and publication coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with workspace planning and maintenance, inventory tracking, and new employee onboarding
- Collaborate with researchers and administrative staff to create and maintain work process templates and forms
- Minimum of four years of relevant administrative experience
- BA/BS degree or directly relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in successfully working on logistical arrangements for moderately large events
- Strong customer-focused interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
- Effective time-management and task-management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships at all levels
- Experience with planning, reporting, and coordination of large activities
- Excellent written communication skills, including detailed editing skills
- Ability to leverage business and technology systems to enhance business organization and communication
