Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and workshops
  • Manage administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, procurement, and publication coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with workspace planning and maintenance, inventory tracking, and new employee onboarding
  • Collaborate with researchers and administrative staff to create and maintain work process templates and forms
Requirements
  • Minimum of four years of relevant administrative experience
  • BA/BS degree or directly relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully working on logistical arrangements for moderately large events
  • Strong customer-focused interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Effective time-management and task-management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with planning, reporting, and coordination of large activities
  • Excellent written communication skills, including detailed editing skills
  • Ability to leverage business and technology systems to enhance business organization and communication
