About the Job

As a key member of our team at Vets Hired, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Marketing Services to join our ranks. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for marketing services to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends and seasonality, identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new partners in targeted industries, with a focus on closing deals efficiently and effectively.
  • Bring a partnership mindset to all interactions, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Utilize CRM (Dynamics) to maintain accurate and up-to-date data, ensuring seamless pipeline management and efficient sales processes.
  • Prioritize tasks and opportunities to maximize productivity and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, fostering trust and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category Management and Partner Success, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement effective sales enablement materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience, with a preference for experience selling marketing services assets/content.
  • 5+ years of experience in an office environment.
  • Self-starter with strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, able to drive business growth and success.
  • Proven ability to prospect key clients and close business deals.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong CRM understanding and experience, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and opportunities to maximize productivity.
  • Strong follow-through and a drive to get things done, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Solution-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for marketing services and a drive to succeed.
