Job Overview:

Ladgov Corporation seeks a skilled Protestant Education Program Manager to lead our religious education programs. This is a part-time position, requiring no more than 20 hours of work each week.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education and/or at least two years of experience as a Director of Religious Education Coordinator. They will be responsible for organizing family and community retreats, coordinating a Protestant camp, and performing administrative tasks such as preparing publicity materials and managing program budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Protestant Community in planning and executing religious programs, including organizing one Family or Marriage Retreat in the spring and one Community retreat in the fall.
  • Coordinate a 3-5 day Protestant Camp between June and August at the end of the academic school year.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing publicity materials, submitting requests for curriculum and supplies, updating records, and accessing event effectiveness.
  • Ensure all volunteers/teachers working under the RE program have a complete and favorable criminal background check on file prior to starting work and interacting with children under 18.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent experience as a Director of Religious Education Coordinator.
  • Active, practicing Protestant Christian.
  • Ability to oversee a comprehensive religious education and formation program for the local installation and associated community.
  • Familiarity with military protocol.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Salary and Benefits:
