SalaryWe offer a competitive salary range of $17.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Job DescriptionAs a Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow, partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education, and support your center's success through collaborative efforts with center staff and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or demonstrate a willingness to obtain necessary certifications
- CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to obtain
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and engage in physical activity with children
- Ability to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively with children and their parents
