Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting occupational therapy evaluations for patients, as prescribed by medical professionals. They will develop individualized treatment plans and conduct therapy sessions to help children with developmental delays reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for patients with developmental delays
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help children reach their full potential
- Conduct therapy sessions to help children with developmental delays
- Assist with completion of documentation related to occupational therapy evaluations and therapy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist
- Must maintain certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Prefer at least one year's experience working with infants/toddlers and/or preschool children with developmental disabilities and/or special needs
Environmental Conditions:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day
- Must be willing and able to sit on the floor and get up without assistance
