Speech Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Kids for the Future. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental delays and special needs achieve their full potential.

• Conduct speech therapy evaluations and assessments for children with developmental delays and special needs.
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to address specific communication needs.
• Provide speech therapy sessions to children, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• At least one year's experience working with infants/toddlers and/or preschool children with developmental disabilities and/or special needs.
