Job Summary

Arisa Health is seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional to provide telehealth services to adult outpatient clients. As a licensed therapist, you will be responsible for interviewing and assessing clients for mental health needs, providing individual counseling and crisis intervention, and documenting accurate case records.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Document and maintain accurate case records, including client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health treatment.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling or social work from an accredited institution.
  • Current Arkansas license (LCSW, LPC).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as part of a treatment team.
