Arisa Health Seeks Experienced Mental Health Professional

We are currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional with experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience working with a community mental health or healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

Arisa Health is seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional to provide telehealth services to adult outpatient clients. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in counseling or social work and a current Arkansas license (LCSW, LPC).

Responsibilities:

  • Interview and assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual counseling and crisis intervention
  • Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information
  • Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals to develop an understanding of personal problems, define goals, and plan activities to assess an individual's aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling or social work
  • Current Arkansas license (LCSW, LPC)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a treatment team

Work Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
