Clinical Liaison Specialist

Touchstone Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to oversee the comprehensive assessment processes for individuals with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and Severe Mental Illness (SMI). The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and case management teams to ensure seamless communication regarding individual cases.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage SED and SMI packets, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal and external entities to collect necessary information
• Conduct thorough reviews of assessments and service plans
• Provide constructive feedback to staff to ensure compliant documentation
Requirements
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling)
• Clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISAC)
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS)
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card or eligibility for one
• Proven experience in mental health assessment and service planning
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office products, email, internet, basic database navigation
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Salary Estimate
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
