Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice to clients regarding their long-term and short-term financial and tax objectives.
  • Manage tax-related matters for various entities including S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations.
  • Assist with client accounting needs, ensuring timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align with client goals and objectives.
  • Engage in the review process of client projections against actual performance on a semi-annual and annual basis.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide consultation support.
  • Analyze tax implications of buy/sell transactions to support client business strategies.
