Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Starting Pay: $20-22/h + bonuses

1st year all-in-target earnings: $45-75k

AUX Partners is a dynamic and rapidly expanding online retailer specializing in printed and laser-engraved merchandise. Operating under two distinct brands across six marketplaces, we proudly serve customers in seven countries.

This position is a hybrid role, where responsibilities are split between product marketing and operational quality assurance. Ideal candidates will possess creativity, analytical skills, energy, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities (Product Development):

  • Utilize diverse data sources and research techniques to identify new product opportunities that will resonate with our clientele.
  • Manage and optimize product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Google, and TikTok.
  • Develop visually appealing photos and videos for product listings that effectively communicate features and drive sales.
  • Craft compelling copy that enhances product visibility through SEO strategies.
  • Implement PPC advertising and promotional campaigns to boost sales performance.
  • Performance bonuses will be awarded based on the sales success of newly launched listings.

Key Responsibilities (Operational):

  • Engage with customers to clarify order specifications, ensuring the final products meet their expectations.
  • Conduct quality checks on design files to verify accuracy and visual appeal.
  • Perform quality assessments on finished products to ensure manufacturing standards are met.
  • Complete additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, business, advertising, graphic design, or a related field.
  • A commitment to working in an environment where high performance is acknowledged and rewarded.
  • Familiarity with Adobe software is advantageous.
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in third-party marketplace marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Primarily in-office work with remote options available at management's discretion.
