Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

The HVAC Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment in our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and plan maintenance on HVAC equipment to support changes in production and facility systems
  • Diagnose and repair heating and refrigeration equipment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices
  • Estimate materials and equipment needed for maintenance projects
  • Inspect equipment and work performed, identifying areas for improvement
  • Oversee maintenance operations to maximize efficiency and meet requirements
  • Prepare documentation and requisitions for maintenance projects
  • Transport equipment and supplies as needed
  • Assist other personnel and departments as required
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 21 years old or older
  • 8+ years of leadership and/or related work experience
  • OSHA 10 certification and valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email
  • Ability to apply common sense and deal with problems involving concrete variables
Compensation:

$74k-$106k/annual
