Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Inquiry Management: Act as the primary resource for daily HR-related questions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Performance Evaluation Support: Aid in the administration of performance reviews, including annual assessments and other evaluation processes.
  • Benefits and Leave Management: Oversee ADA programs, FMLA, Short-Term Disability, Workers Compensation, and manage benefits enrollment and COBRA processes.
  • Employee Relations Support: Assist in employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary measures, and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance and Credentialing: Support credentialing efforts and ensure adherence to quality care standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll Assistance: Provide backup support for biweekly payroll processing tasks.
  • Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and current employee records are maintained in both paper and electronic formats.
  • Professional Development Engagement: Participate in ongoing professional development through training programs and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, encompassing performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively and foster positive relationships.
  • Discretion and sound judgment in managing sensitive information.
  • Dedication to promoting an inclusive workplace.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience with UKG HRIS.
  • Background in a healthcare environment, especially in behavioral health or community mental health.

Additional Information:

  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel during work hours may be necessary.
  • Work Environment: This role is situated in a professional office atmosphere, utilizing standard office equipment.
