Shifts Available: 1st shift - 6am to 6pm; 2nd shift - 6pm to 6am

As a key member of our production team, you will report directly to the Production Supervisor and play a vital role in our high-volume manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include operating various assembly line machinery, such as sonic welders and torque guns, while ensuring adherence to our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily meetings to discuss production goals and updates.
  • Rotate through different assembly tasks to support team efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace following 5S principles.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assemble components to create finished products within designated timelines.
  • Follow established work instructions and quality protocols.
  • Meet production and quality benchmarks consistently.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for quality and productivity.
  • Report any production challenges and assist in resolving them.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Understanding of basic lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven and focused on task completion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Full range of motion, including bending and twisting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Capacity to lift items weighing between 25-50 lbs.
