Job Summary

The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. This position involves providing administrative support to staff, managing office activities, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and processing mail.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings, travel, and calendars.
  • Assist with event coordination, including meetings, conventions, and social events.
  • Support member inquiries, newsletter production, and social media efforts.
  • Provide backup and task support for staff, including Membership, Accounting, and Marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in office administration or related roles preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5 pm (Occasional Local and Overnight Travel).
