RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Asistir al médico en la atención y educación de los pacientes.
CALIFICACIONES
  • Graduado de un programa acreditado de enfermería practicante.
  • Maestría en Enfermería o certificado de enfermería practicante post-maestría O Programa de Asistente Médico.
  • Debe poseer licencia/registro actual para ejercer en el estado de Florida y tener privilegios de prescripción o ser elegible para solicitarlos.
  • Debe tener la certificación necesaria de ANCC o ONS (AOCN-P).
  • Debe estar certificado en BLS. - Se requiere fluidez en el idioma inglés con habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para comunicarse de manera efectiva con diversas poblaciones, incluidos médicos, empleados, pacientes y familias.
  • Se requieren habilidades de liderazgo para dirigir a otros hacia objetivos que contribuyan al tratamiento exitoso de los pacientes.
  • Se requieren habilidades analíticas para evaluar el estado de los pacientes, procedimientos/técnicas de atención médica y monitorear la calidad de la atención al paciente.
  • Se requieren habilidades fiscales para monitorear y controlar costos e ingresos.
  • Debe tener la capacidad de ejercer buen juicio y discreción al realizar sus funciones.
