We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at North Florida Pediatrics. As a key member of our Patient Centered Medical Home Team, you will work closely with our Pediatricians to provide high-quality medical care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients aged newborn to 18 years, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of common pediatric conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and/or ARNPs to provide childhood immunizations and other basic pediatric care.
- Triage patients, take and record vital signs, administer vaccines and therapeutic injections, and provide breathing treatments as needed.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records to document patient information and communicate with healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients and families.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear and active Florida nursing license.
