Senior Mobile Technical Specialist

Lincoln Property Company, a leading private real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Mobile Building Facilities Engineer to join our team. This role is based in-office and requires working during standard business hours.
In this position, you will be responsible for performing technical and mechanical functions to achieve energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our properties. Your duties will include conducting site inspections, troubleshooting and repairing facility systems, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and providing recommendations for equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
We are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work independently, and basic computer skills necessary to operate building automation systems. You should also be comfortable working at heights and lifting at least 50 pounds.
