Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Bosch Group.

As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Value Stream targets in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs, CIP, BPS, and i4.0.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support the installation, growth, and running production of new and existing manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and implement projects to achieve Value Stream targets.
- Create specifications and designs for machines and their installation.
- Work closely with suppliers and other engineers to support the Hammer Drill Bits production line.
You will also be responsible for operational processes, including reviewing, improving, and initiating process changes using lean tools, documenting said processes, and supporting the preventive maintenance process for equipment and connections.
In addition, you will lead and actively participate in FMEAs, develop training documents and work instructions to support operations and technicians, and monitor and support all issues regarding operations in real-time demand.
Qualifications- BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 8 years of experience in a related field.
- High level of teamwork and self-initiative.
- Machinery procurement experience.
- Ability to teach and work with all levels of the organization.
- Effective root cause analysis and problem identification/solving skills.
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
