Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Veolia North America. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and administering our compensation programs and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compensation analysis for HR Business Partners and managers on an ongoing basis.
  • Participate in compensation project initiatives and contribute to project deliverables.
  • Support the administration of Annual Merit and Incentive reviews and processes.
  • Review, analyze, create, and administer company-wide compensation, working with HR Business Partners and leadership to roll out changes within the organization.
  • Develop and document compensation procedures to streamline processes.
  • Prepare compensation data models and analytics for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist the Compensation team on various projects, including job architecture, program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs.
  • Manage the survey process, including recommending new sources, tracking the survey budget, participating in surveys, and resolving follow-up issues.
  • Manage the survey participation process and analysis.
  • Manage the Willis Towers Watson software system, including uploading annual survey results, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining the system.
  • Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that HRIS and payroll systems meet compensation needs, assist with planning, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and changes.
  • Prepare communications for salary and bonus programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
