We are seeking a high-performing Director of Strategic Business Development to join our team at Arch.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to inform product development and business strategy.
About You
  • 5-7 years of experience in Business Development within a SaaS technology company, preferably in a growth stage startup.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and industry thought leaders.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client satisfaction.
