Job Description:

This role involves providing on-site consulting & sales support to customers during each of our client's customized promotional marketing campaigns.

As a Customer Support Manager, you will analyze customer product/service needs, provide general support, and assist with customer satisfaction efforts.

  • Key responsibilities include interacting with customers in person, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
