NLC Energy LLC is a leader in renewable natural gas, transforming organic waste into sustainable solutions. Our operations include the design, construction, ownership, and management of facilities that convert organic waste into valuable resources such as clean energy, organic nutrients, and more.

Our main facility is supported by a dedicated team that values positive relationships and aims to make a significant impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter accounts payable invoices accurately
  • Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders
  • Verify invoice details including quantities, pricing, and terms
  • Submit invoices for necessary approvals
  • Review credit card transactions, ensuring receipts are accurate and submit for approval
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve any account discrepancies
  • Manage a high volume of data entry and documentation
  • Handle daily mail processing

Contract Duration: Temporary position lasting approximately 6 months to 1 year based on workload.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (on-site position, remote work is not available)

Working Hours: Flexible 6-hour shifts

Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounts payable
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred, along with basic Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders

Compensation: Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22
