Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Guest Service: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and storage to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Requirements
