Position Overview
Broward Community College is seeking qualified candidates for adjunct faculty roles in the German Language department.


We are looking for dedicated educators who can effectively address the diverse needs of modern learners aiming to excel in their chosen fields.

Educational Requirements:
A Master's degree in German or a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in German is required. A Ph.D. is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
Prior experience in college-level teaching is preferred. Familiarity with online course development is also advantageous.

The successful candidate must possess a high level of computer proficiency and a strong dedication to teaching.

Additionally, the candidate must be prepared to teach in both asynchronous and synchronous online formats.

At Broward Community College, we emphasize the importance of assisting underprepared students in achieving their academic goals.

All faculty members are expected to maintain office hours, with some positions requiring evening and/or weekend availability.

$1,950 - $2,230 (Salary based on education and experience)
