Onsite IT Migration Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to provide onsite migration support for a 2-week project. The successful candidate will assist with the migration of workstations, follow the migration manual, and provide technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide migration support for a 2-week project.
• Move workstations and follow the migration manual.
• Stay onsite to assist employees who may need support.
• Assist end users with login and setup of their desktop environment, including:
• Outlook signatures
• OneDrive sync
• Browser favorites
• M365 application functionality
• Application verification
• Verify print options (network and/or local).
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Must adhere to the designated work hours and report time accurately.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good communication and reading skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Technical aptitude/familiarity (no prior experience needed).
