Position Overview:

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, this position is crucial for maintaining an efficient and welcoming reception area.

With a focus on detail-oriented tasks, effective communication, and proactive assistance, the Operations Coordinator contributes significantly to fostering a positive atmosphere that aligns with CAI's mission to support diverse families and childcare providers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments, including Operations and Client Services.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies for multiple departments.
  • Process and verify Attendance Forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to attendance forms, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Oversee the management of confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Facilitate the processing of agency mail and deliveries.

Additional Duties:

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in the training of new staff members.
  • Operating and maintaining office equipment.
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to team discussions.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned.
