Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, this position is crucial for maintaining an efficient and welcoming reception area.
With a focus on detail-oriented tasks, effective communication, and proactive assistance, the Operations Coordinator contributes significantly to fostering a positive atmosphere that aligns with CAI's mission to support diverse families and childcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments, including Operations and Client Services.
- Manage procurement of office supplies for multiple departments.
- Process and verify Attendance Forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to attendance forms, maintaining meticulous records.
- Oversee the management of confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Facilitate the processing of agency mail and deliveries.
Additional Duties:
Other responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in the training of new staff members.
- Operating and maintaining office equipment.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to team discussions.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
