Position Overview:

As a Lead Identity Management Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our internal teams with their Enterprise and Cloud Cyber Risk requirements, specifically focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Your expertise will be crucial in guiding teams through the SailPoint/IGA solution alongside ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration with essential systems such as CyberArk and Azure AD.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow or IIQ and access management frameworks tailored to the organization's objectives.
  • Design and implement CyberArk solutions, including the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
  • Collaborate with Application Teams to identify, aggregate, and correlate Application/System User Accounts to Identity Cubes within SailPoint.
  • Develop and configure various SailPoint modules (e.g., audit, compliance, lifecycle, service account).
  • Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot Custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Demonstrate product expertise in IIQ, CyberArk, Microsoft Active Directory, and relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/DB2), along with programming languages like Java and BeanShell.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to the SailPoint and CyberArk platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and technologies related to SailPoint and CyberArk.

Qualifications:

Experience in integrating SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and API development for SailPoint functions is essential.

Proficiency with REST Web services, SAML 2.0, OAuth, WS-Security, and other authentication/authorization protocols is required.

Strong communication skills and extensive experience collaborating with clients and partners are vital.

Expert-level knowledge of IAM protocols such as SCIM, Web services, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth is necessary.

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) deployment and engineering.
