Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and deploy SailPoint solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Oversee user account management in collaboration with application teams.
  • Configure and enhance SailPoint modules to optimize performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to SailPoint functionalities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
Essential Expertise:
  • Identity Governance (SailPoint): Proficient in lifecycle management (JML), workflow design, administration, and development (Java, BeanShell, Rules), integration, access certification, migration, CI/CD, and AD/LDAP.
  • Privileged Access Management (CyberArk): Expertise in secret, session, and threat management, along with deployment and application integration.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Strong knowledge of Java Rest API, web services, SAML 2.0, OAuth, and WS-Security.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 7 years focused on SailPoint and 5 years on CyberArk.
  • Experience with integration of SailPoint Identity Now, CyberArk, Azure AD, and ServiceNow; proficient in API development.
  • Strong understanding of SCIM, web services, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth protocols.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
