Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in information security to support projects initiated by business units and other departments.
  • Ensure that system implementations align with established security standards and industry best practices.
  • Act as project manager for small to medium-sized initiatives sponsored by the Information Security division.
  • Contribute to the budgeting process by identifying technical, resource, and personnel needs for capital projects related to Information Security.
  • Conduct evaluations of security technologies through laboratory and pilot assessments.
  • Offer consulting services in information security to various business units and departments.
  • Perform security assessments on new, proposed, and existing systems.
  • Administer and maintain security systems and technologies, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Account Management (PAM).
  • Maintain productive relationships with vendors and manufacturers.
  • Develop and uphold minimum security baseline configurations for various operating systems.
  • Manage Service Desk tickets assigned to the Engineering team, ensuring timely problem resolution.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as operations manuals, runbooks, and procedures.
  • Engage in technical research and development to foster innovation in Cyber Security and Information Risk management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Security, focusing on Identity and Access Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of RBAC, SSO, PAM, and IAM, with preferred experience in tools like SailPoint and Okta.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory domains, LDAP directories, and Unix Identity.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, with experience in platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages, including Unix/Linux shell and Visual Basic.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Advanced knowledge in the architecture and implementation of identity and access management solutions.
  • Extensive experience in designing and troubleshooting user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
  • Demonstrated understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of network architecture and standards for large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI DSS and Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • Ability to gather project requirements and contribute to security design from inception to completion.
