Job Title: Phlebotomist III - Floater

At ICONMA, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist III - Floater to join our team in Anchorage, AK. As a Phlebotomist III - Floater, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and maintain a positive image of ICONMA.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment preferred.
  • 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience required.
