Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at Ideal Option PLLC. As a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient clinic operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check patients in for their appointments and confirm their demographics.
  • Obtain release of medical records from patients and collect co-pays.
  • Perform vital signs and breathalyzers, collect urine samples, and prepare them for laboratory testing.
  • Witness patients for observed dosing and observed urine, and perform skin assessments.
  • May draw patient blood samples and maintain cleanliness of the clinic.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required, with proof of diploma or GED.
  • Maintain MA licensing through the state/agency (as applicable per state).
  • Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
  • CMA or National Certification preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
