Physical Therapist Site Supervisor

We are seeking a talented and caring Physical Therapist leader to join our outpatient rehab team in South Windsor, CT.
Job Summary:In addition to direct patient care responsibilities, the Site Supervisor ensures that high-quality, cost-effective services are delivered in support of the organization's strategic plan, goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishes, develops, and maintains effective relationships with staff, patients, and customers to secure resources and ensure compliance with current standards.
- Assesses staff performance and coaches, mentors, develops, and evaluates employees to achieve behaviors congruent with the organization's vision, mission, and values.
- Resolves customer, patient, and client problems or complaints using judgment and policies.
- Maintains site compliance with setting policies and procedures, and remains within standards set by accrediting bodies such as Joint Commission and DPH.
- Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of CT
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
- 2+ years in the field; 2-3 years in an outpatient setting preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
