Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team at ECHN. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients based on departmental standards and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and modify treatment plans as needed to address patient symptoms, activity levels, and medical status.
- Administer physical agents and manual therapeutic techniques to relieve pain and improve function.
- Provide education to patients and families on home exercise programs and functional activities to promote independent living.
- Document patient progress and charges accurately and consistently.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a minimum of a B.S.
- Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Personal computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based programs.
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple work sites.
