Job Title: Physical Therapist

Creative Interventions LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with children and families to provide early intervention services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and caregivers
  • Demonstrate strict adherence to the Code of Ethics as described by APTA
  • Maintain cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele
  • Conduct assessments and standardized evaluations across developmental domains and for motor needs
  • Recommend assistive technology related to mobility for children in their natural setting that are consistent with their needs, capabilities and family outcomes.
  • Implement services as a primary service provider, providing coaching to families in their natural environment

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy (Preferred)
  • Physical Therapy License (Preferred)
  • Experience in early intervention and pediatrics

Work Environment:

Creative Interventions LLC provides services throughout CT-Tolland, Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven, New London and Middlesex counties.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday
