Role Summary:

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will be instrumental in managing various HR functions that align with our strategic goals. Your role will encompass overseeing HR data management, facilitating onboarding processes, and driving employee retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR data collection and processing for new business initiatives.
  • Develop onboarding materials and conduct follow-up sessions with new hires.
  • Support recruitment events and manage onboarding programs across divisions.
  • Gather data related to diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Foster leadership development through training initiatives and support retention strategies.
  • Manage compliance reporting and special HR projects.
  • Travel may be required for business purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.

  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
