Job Summary

JST is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to support the planning and strategizing of project initiatives and project engagement. The ideal candidate will provide documentation, reporting, and briefing support as required. This is a full-time position in a collaborative work environment with a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough, clear, concise, and usable documentation, reporting, and briefing material
  • Produce standardized, complete, and useful status reports, presentations, reports, meeting-related records, and other documentation, as needed
  • Conduct risk evaluation summaries detailing potential impact and likelihood of occurrence
  • Establish and abide by regular, organized stakeholder communications about all pertinent CIPEC EDM activities
  • Conduct organizational readiness and stakeholder management activities to facilitate deployment and use of capabilities
  • Develop and maintain gap analyses of current state compared with the future state
  • Support implementation of capability testing to be conducted by the receiving organizations
  • Support capability training across both receiving organization and implementation teams
  • Collect and execute capability training requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of overall IT PM experience
  • Project Manager Certification
  • Active public trust
