Job Description

Metrea Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Manager, Portfolio Development. This position is a key member of the Operations Support Capability Group and will play a pivotal role in advancing Metrea's Support Capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document comprehensive processes and frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Evaluate and harmonize enterprise systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and develop high-impact centers of support excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Team on M&A activity and oversee the cadence and reporting cycles of the Operations Support Capability Group.
  • Manage projects across cross-functional and dynamically hierarchical teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience associated with aerospace and defense, technology, management consulting, systems implementation, and/or post-M&A integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of handling confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.

Travel:

Travel requirements are 20-40% to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some physical abilities may be required.
