Job Title: Leasing Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Associate to join our dynamic team at Ryan Stuart Development. As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for aggressively leasing up our entire portfolio of office, retail, residential, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop property and space specific marketing strategies to attract potential tenants
  • Work with the marketing team to create property specific marketing materials and brand properties
  • Communicate with the brokerage community regarding available spaces
  • Be responsive to leasing inquiries and show properties to potential tenants
  • Form connections with potential tenants to maximize the chance of securing deals
  • Work with the Director of Property Management and Leasing on lease deal structure recommendations and strategies
  • Update active listing status details to reflect accurate information
  • Draft and send out LOIs and leases to potential tenants
  • Work with the internal property manager to finalize new tenant on-boarding checklist
  • Work with the in-house accounting team to confirm lease details for billing and account purposes
  • Track and follow up on all leads

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years leasing/CS experience
  • Microsoft Office programs including comfortability with Word, Excel, and Outlook/emails
  • Basic computer skills
  • 1+ year real estate sales or leasing experience
  • 2+ years of direct customer service experience
  • At minimum 2 years of clerical or administration experience
