Job Summary:

The Management Team Lead - Medical Services is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Children's Hospital Of The King's Daughters. About the Role:

This leadership position is responsible for planning, developing, and organizing services and activities to support medical practices. The successful candidate will provide timely and appropriate resolution to patient, customer, physician, personnel, vendor, and organizational concerns or complaints. Additionally, they will provide leadership and guidance to support daily operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years of healthcare/management experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role. The ability to identify problems and implement solutions for daily operations is also crucial. Interpersonal and leadership skills necessary to supervise and delegate tasks to personnel are also required. Moreover, the candidate must have technical and professional knowledge unique to the business and/or clinical operations of the designated services.

Working Conditions:

The Management Team Lead - Medical Services will work in a normal patient care environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like. Frequent exposure to communicable disease and moderately adverse working conditions due to performance of certain patient care activities is expected. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. The salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on the specific location and company. The actual salary may be higher or lower, depending on the company's budget and the candidate's qualifications.
