Job Title: Team Coordinator, Environmental Services
Job Summary:
The Environmental Services Team Coordinator assists the manager in planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and controlling the activities of the department functions which are necessary to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and controlling the activities of the department functions.
- Participate in the work activities of assigned teams through providing assistance, serving as technical resource and participating in the work as a member of the team.
- Contribute to the success of the department through effective work coordination, management of resources, and participation in goal accomplishment.
- Support and communicate Sentara mission, values, goals, and directions to assigned team members.
Requirements:
- High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Some College is preferred. 2+ years supervisory experience preferred. CHEST certification required for all existing staff by 7/31/2019. New employees hired after 8/1/2016 required to have CHEST within 2 years of hire.
